Banking Information
Payment may be
made by personal/company check, cashier's check, money order, wire transfer or
credit card.
Shipping
All shipments are sent via Delta
Dash service to the nearest commercial airport for pick up by the customer. The
customer must designate the airport destination. The value of the animal is
declared at the time of shipment. The shipment must be picked up within 4 hours
of arrival at the airport. For an animal(s) to be shipped, the air temperature
must be between 55 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit for the entire shipping route.
When the shipment is received,
you must open your shipment immediately at the airport to ensure no accidental death or
theft has occurred. If there is a problem, you must alert the airline and Arboreals Plus immediately to file a claim.
Do not dispose of or relinquish
any portion of the package or its contents until inspected and signed for by an
airport representative. Do not destroy or dispose of any deceased animal(s)
without written approval from Arboreal Plus. Arboreals Plus reserves the right
to have any deceased animal(s) returned to us at our expense.
